What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship our products anywhere in the US or Canada including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not at this time ship out side of this area.  Pricing does not include shipping unless you choose the bundle option and order all four items (Any Pad, Pillow, Mattress Protector, and Pillow Protector). The bundle option provides for free shipping to any of the 48 contiguous US states but does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.  Please call for shipping cost to these areas.  

What is Energex?

Energex is a new Hybrid memory foam that provides exceptional support and pressure reduction at the same time. Energex feels like a soft latex and provides an unmatched breath-ability in memory foam technology. It sleeps much cooler than any other foam product including Gel Memory products. The exceptional resiliency of this foam prevents body impressions and extends durability.    

What makes Correct Rest pads better than others?

Higher density foam is the simple answer. Not all foam is considered high density. In order to have that distinction the foam needs to be a minimum of 1.80 lbs per cubic foot density.  Our foam starts at 2.0 lbs and Energex is over 3.0 lbs per cubic foot. The latex is around 4.0 lbs so as you can see we use only high quality foam in our pads. Compare that to many competing pads on the market that are between 1.00 lb to 1.50 lb and it is clear why we have the best pads and all for a great price.

Can the mattress cover be switched out?

Many of our customers ask this question. We can do a mattress fabric cover but there is a small up-charge ($15.00 added to the price of any pad). The reason we do the blue cover is that it offers the user a more sanitary product. The blue cover is a hospital grade 4 way stretch nylon fabric that is urethane coated. This coating allows the cover to breath but it is fluid proof. It can be easily cleaned by wiping it off with a cloth or paper towel and any type of house hold cleaner or soap and water. The cover protects the foam from any spills and is also dust mite proof. The cover is designed and sewn to comply with the requirements of dorm mattresses to help prevent bed bug infestation. 

Are these covers hot to sleep on?

No. If the user is using a mattress protector and a sheet or just a sheet to cover the mattress and pad then there is no concern with heat. The user will never feel the cover. The cover is very soft to the touch and makes no noise like a plastic sheet.  We have ran our pads through rigorous testing to confirm the comfort and durability of our product.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money back.  Simply package everything back the way it arrived and put back in the original shipping container.  We have included in the box a return label and tape to reseal the box.  Once this has been completed drop the box off at either a UPS, Fed-ex, or USPS drop off point and then notify us by calling 1-800-460-3626 and letting us know that you are returning your purchase.  When the items arrive we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping charges which will very depending on the items purchased.
